我国无缝钢管装备现状处于少数生产主体企业拥有现代化高水平装备和大量钢管企业拥有落后机组并存的局面，先进和较先进机组的生产能力只占总生产能力的52%左右，装备结构调整的任务还很重。
目前国内生产的油井管和高压锅炉管在品种、规格、质量和性能方面，仍不能完全满足用户的需求，今后无缝钢管主体生产企业不仅应适当增加这些高附加值产品的生产能力更应重视加大这些产品的开发力度。

I. Project Content and Scale:The project is planned to cover an area of two hectares, with a total building area of 10,000 square meters that are equipped with eight forging hammers, eight reaming machines, 30 CNC lathes, eight CNC drilling machines, eight manipulators and eight natural gas furnaces.
II. Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds: The total investment of the project is up to USD 31.4 million, including USD 5 million of foreign investment.
III. Market Analysis: China's seamless steel pipe is in a situation where a few main production enterprises have modern high-level equipment and a large number of steel pipe enterprises have backward units. Since the production capacity of advanced and relatively advanced units only accounts for about 52% of the total production capacity, the task of equipment structure adjustment remains very heavy.
At present, the types, specifications, quality and performance of oil well pipes and high-pressure boiler tubes produced in China still cannot fully meet the needs of customers, so the main producers of seamless steel pipes should improve the production capacity and development of these high value-added products in the future.
