北京、天津、雄安地区对绿色蔬菜、农副产品有巨大需求,北京市常住人口约2200万,天津市常住人口约1600万人,雄安新区正在加速建设期,预计人口规模三年内将突破200万人。按照每人每天平均消耗500g蔬菜、300g肉类、250g牛奶、250g水果计算,京津雄三地每天消耗蔬菜2万吨、肉类1.2万吨、牛奶1万吨、水果1万吨,目前,京津雄农副产品自给率约30%,有着巨大市场缺口,建设京津雄绿色农副产品供应基地,市场前景非常广阔。

Project content and scale: Covering an area of 13.33 hectares, the project plans to introduce three to five agricultural leading enterprises and well-known logistics enterprises so as to build a green agricultural and sideline products production base, supply base, distribution base and storage base.
Capital estimation: The total investment of the project is 474 million U.S. dollars with foreign capital is planned to be 474 million U.S. dollars.
Market Analysis: There is a great demand for green vegetables, agricultural sideline products in Beijing, Tianjin and Xiong'an New Area. The permanent resident population in Beijing is 22 million. The permanent resident population in Tianjin is 16 million yuan. Xiong'an New Area is now in accelerated development, and its population is to exceed two million within three years. According to the average daily consumption of 500g of vegetables, 300g of meat, 250g of milk and 250g of fruit, the residents in Beijing, Tianjin and Xiong'an New Area consume 20,000 tons of vegetables, 12,000 tons of meat, 10,000 tons of milk and 10,000 tons of fruit every day. Currently the self-sufficiency rate of agricultural and sideline products is about 30% in Beijing-Tianjin-Xiong'an New Area, with a huge market gap. The construction of green agricultural and sideline products supply base in Beijing, Tianjin and Xiong'an New Area has a very broad market prospect.
