四、建设条件:项目位于文安县现代家居制造产业园,该区域地形平坦,基础设施完善,地理位置优越,交通便利。给水:项目用水由园区供水管网提供,可满足项目生产、生活、消防等用水需要。排水:园区污水管网排向污水处理厂。供电:用电由园区接入变压器,电力供应有保障。供热:采用天然气供暖,供应有保障。通信及电视系统:中国网通和中国电信先进的程控电话网覆盖全县,512K-10M 的宽带延伸到园区;中国移动和中国联通的移动通信系统实现覆盖。有线电视传输系统实现光纤进入基地,基地设置光站,向各用房提供图文和数据服务,保证信号的可靠性和连续性。

五、经济效益分析:项目投产后,预计年销售收入15亿元,年纳税1.3亿元,吸纳就业人员200人。

六、项目单位概况:文安经济开发区现代家居制造产业园是2006年3月由河北省政府批准为省级工业园区,审核面积3.18平方公里。2010年2月,省政府批准园区扩区3平方公里,园区总体规划23.1平方公里。2012年,大柳河镇南官、北官、桃园三个村划归园区管辖,产业园现辖一个国有农场和三个村,实际管辖面积12.01平方公里。产业园区位优势明显,位于京津走廊,北距北京市区90公里、北京第二国际机场70公里;东与天津接壤,距天津市区70公里、天津滨海新区90公里、天津港55公里;西距雄安新区50公里。现代家居制造产业园建设以先进装备制造(汽车装备、电动车装备、电子装备、机械装备)、家具制造、新能源、新型建材、智慧物流、食品加工、大数据产业为主导,集生产制造、科技研发、商贸物流和生活居住一体化的现代化、高科技、多功能创新区。

Market Analysis: As an emerging industry, intelligent furniture industry has been constantly integrated with new techniques on the basis of traditional furniture crafts, to achieve continuous iteration and upgrading, which has greatly improved the quality of modern family life. The upgrading and evolution history of intelligent furniture is a history of scientific innovation as well as the integration of traditional furniture crafts, function, aesthetics with new techniques. We are to give full play to the strength of industrial chains and strengthen our weakness in this regard and attract more upstream and downstream firms of the industry to settle down in Wen'an County. Combined with local industrial foundation and industrial development planning, we are to find supporting facilities for leading enterprises and precisely position them to gather characteristic upstream and downstream industries and attract related manufacturing enterprises to settle down in Wen'an.

Construction conditions: The project is located in modern home manufacturing industrial park in Wen'an County. The terrain of the area is flat with complete infrastructures, advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation. Water supply: the water for the project will be provided by the water supply network in the industrial park and it could meet the demand for water used for production, daily life and fire control. Drainage:sewage network in the industrial park is discharged to the sewage treatment plant. Power supply: electricity is connected from the transformer in the industrial park to ensure power supply. Heat supply: natural gas heating is used for heat supply. Communication and TV system: China Netcom and China Telecom's advanced program-controlled telephone network covers the whole county, and 512K-10M broadband extends to the park; China Mobile and China Unicom's mobile communication system will cover the whole county as well. With cable TV transmission system, the optical fiber will enter the base, where optical station is set up to provide each room with text, picture and data services and ensure the reliability and continuity of signals.

Economic benefit analysis: After the project is put into operation, it is expected that the annual sales revenue will be 1.5 billion yuan, the annual tax will be 130 million yuan, and 200 jobs will be created.

Project unit overview: the modern home manufacturing industrial park in Wen'an County was approved as a provincial industrial park by Hebei Provincial Government in March 2006, with an area of 3.18 square kilometers. In February 2010, the provincial government approved the expansion of the park area by 3 square kilometers, and the overall planing area of the park is 23.1 square kilometers. In 2012, Nanguan, Beiguan and Taoyuan villages of Daliuhe Town were placed under the jurisdiction of the Park. Now, the park has a state-owned farm and three villages, with an actual jurisdiction area of 12.01 square kilometers. Located in the Beijing-Tianjin corridor, the industrial Park is 90 kilometers north of Beijing downtown and 70 kilometers north of Beijing Daxing International Airport. It borders Tianjin in the east and is 70 kilometers from Tianjin City, 90 kilometers from Tianjin Binhai New Area and 55 kilometers from Tianjin Port. It is 50 kilometers to the west from Xiong'an New Area. The construction of modern home manufacturing industrial Park is a modern, high-tech, multi-functional innovation area with advanced equipment manufacturing (automobile equipment, electric vehicle equipment, electronic equipment, mechanical equipment), furniture manufacturing, new energy, new building materials, intelligent logistics, food processing, big data industry as the leading industry, integrating production and manufacturing, scientific and technological research and development, business logistics, housing and living.
