一、项目内容：项目拟占地3.3公顷，主要建设人工智能工业机器人生产基地。项目建成后，年产100套人工智能机器人、机械臂及其核心部件。
二、投资估算及资金来源：项目总投资3500万美元，拟利用外资3500万美元。
三、市场分析：AI在制造业主要集中在工业互联网、缺陷检测、无序分拣以及智能搬运、网络安全，且涉及汽车、能源和电力、制药、重金属和机械制造业、半导体和电子产品、食品和饮料等多个行业。制造业中大数据的使用，是推动缺陷预测、检测和维护增长的主要因素。在智能制造过程中，智能机器人主要用计算机，来模拟人的视觉功能，也就是要把客观事物的图像信息提取、处理并理解，最终用于实际检测、测量和控制。面对当下对“延展性”的更高要求，随着智能制造的深入，具备视觉感知能力的智能设备益发盛行，人工智能工业机器人市场需求旺盛。
四、建设条件：项目位于廊坊经济技术开发区，区内具备路、水、电、气、热、通讯等公用配套设施，交通便利，区内路网密度达到发达国家水平，一小时车程内拥有三座大型国际机场，一个世界级深水港。

Project content: The project, planing to cover an area of 3.3 hectares, is to build an artificial intelligence industrial robot production base. After the completion of the base, the annual production capacity will be 100 sets of artificial intelligence robots, robotic arms and core components.

Market Analysis：Manufacturing industries such as automotive, energy and power, pharmaceutical, heavy metals and machinery manufacturing, semiconductor and electronics, and food and beverage use AI, primarily for industrial internet, defect detection, disorderly sorting, smart handling, and cybersecurity. The use of big data in manufacturing is a major factor driving the growth of defect prediction, detection and maintenance. In the smart manufacturing process, intelligent robots mainly use computers to simulate human vision to extract, process and understand objective image information, which is ultimately used for actual inspection, measurement and control. In the face of the current higher demand for "extensibility" and the development of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent devices with visual perception capabilities are becoming more prevalent, and the market demand for artificial intelligence industrial robots is strong.
