廊坊市安次区机器人末端技术生产基地项目
一、项目内容：项目拟占地2公顷，主要新建智能化传感器生产线、自动化气动剪切产品生产线、抓取夹持产品生产线、快速换模装置产品生产线等生产线，并通过逐步整合机器人末端技术产业链相关制造研发企业，打造机器人末端技术产品生产基地。
二、投资估算及资金来源：项目总投资4500万美元，拟利用外资4500万美元。

六、项目单位概况：河北廊坊高新技术产业开发区总体规划面积73平方公里，位于廊坊市区南20公里处，距北京、雄安新区中心区各60公里，距离天津仅40公里，是省委、省政府推动打造的第一家以引进战略性新兴产业为主的省级示范区。高新区周边环绕京台、廊沧、京沪、津保4条高速和津保、津保城际、京沪三条高标铁路干线，特别是京台高速在园区北侧拥有两个出口。高新区距北京首都国际机场、天津滨海国际机场各60公里，距北京大兴国际机场的直线距离仅25公里，已经开工在建的天津至北京大兴国际机场的轻轨联络线（津兴铁路）在高新区附近设有安次南站，从此上车到北京大兴国际机场的时间仅10分钟。150公里半径内拥有天津、唐山、沧州、秦皇岛四个港口，形成海陆空立体交通网。高新区重点发展新材料、高端装备制造、新一代电子信息技术、生命健康、数字经济和现代服务产业。

Robot terminal technology production base project of Anci District, Langfang City
Project content: The project, planing to cover an area of two hectares, is to build intelligent sensor production line, automatic pneumatic cutting product line, grasping and clamping product line, fast die changing device product line and other production lines. By gradually integrating manufacturing research and development enterprises in related to robot terminal technology industry chain, it is to create a robot terminal technology production base.
Investment estimation and source of funds: The total investment of the project is 45 million US Dollars and the foreign capital planned to be utilized is 45 million US dollars.
Market Analysis:The expanding of industrial robots to different areas has raised higher requirement for terminal tools. Some leading manufacturers in the industry are making technological innovation to meet the market demand such as providing powerful gripping jaws. The expanding of robot market has brought good development opportunities for the terminal tooling manufacturers so that the technological innovation could get better market verification from the market.
Construction conditions: The project is located in the high-tech industrial park of Anci District with complete supporting facilities including roads, water , electricity, gas, heat, communication, etc, and the transportation is convenient.
Analysis of economic benefit: After reaching production, the estimated annual value of production is 75 million US dollars, which will bring tax revenue of 13 million US dollars.
Project Unit overview: With an overall planning area of 73 square kilometers, Hebei Langfang High-tech Industrial Development Zone is located 20 kilometers south of Langfang City, 60 kilometers away from the central areas of Beijing and Xiongan New Area, and only 40 kilometers away from Tianjin. It is the first provincial demonstration zone to introduce strategic emerging industries promoted by the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government of Hebei. The high-tech zone is surrounded by four expressways -- Beijing-Taipei Expressway, Langfang-Cangzhou Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and Tianjin-Baoding Expressway, and three high-standard railways -- Tianjin-Baoding railway, Tianjin-Baoding intercity railways and Beijing-Shanghai Railway. In particular, Beijing-Taipei expressway has two exits on the north side of the zone. The high-tech zone is 60 kilometers away from Beijing Capital International Airport and Tianjin Binhai International Airport, and only 25 kilometers away from Beijing Daxing International Airport. The light rail link line (Jin-Xing Railway) from Tianjin to Beijing Daxing International Airport, which has been under construction, has set up Anchi South Station near the high-tech zone, from which it takes only 10 minutes to get to Beijing Daxing International Airport. There are four ports in Tianjin, Tangshan, Cangzhou and Qinhuangdao within a radius of 150 kilometers, forming a three-dimensional traffic network of sea, land and air. The high-tech zone will focus on developing new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, new-generation electronic information technology, life and health, digital economy and modern service industries.
