廊坊市大厂县智能家居系统及设备项目
一、项目内容：项目拟占地8公顷，主要建设生产车间、研发中心及附属配套设施，引进智能家居、智能安防、智能AI人脸识别一体机，酒店人脸识别门显生产线8条。项目建成后，可年产安防装备30万套，智能AI人脸识别一体机20万套。
二、投资估算及资金来源：项目总投资5000万美元，拟利用外资5000万美元。
三、市场分析：根据CSHIA发布的《2020中国智能家居生态发展白皮书》显示，在2019年底中国已成为全球最大的物联网市场，全球15亿台蜂窝网络连接设备中9.6亿台来自中国，占比64%。中国将成为全球最大的智能家居市场消费国，占据全球50%-60%的智能家居市场消费份额，利润占据全球20%-30%的市场份额。
四、建设条件：项目位于大厂高新区，区内具备“九通一平”，已建成路网110公里，建有3座污水处理厂、4座热力站、3座供水厂、5座变电站、3座天然气门站等基础配套设施。
五、经济效益分析：项目建设期3年，达产后年收入5000万美元，回款周期3年。
六、项目单位概况：大厂高新技术产业开发区是河北省省级高新区，成立于2016年8月，现有企业677家，院士工作站1家，省级以上众创空间2家。高新区入区企业即可享受少数民族自治县特有的企业所得税省以下分享部分(40%)免征3年政策，设有影视产业发展基金、工业企业技术改造专项资金、中小企业转贷基金、中小企业发展专项资金等一系列惠企、助企政策。

Project name: Smart Home System and Equipment Project in N China county
Project content: This project is planned to cover an area of eight hectares to build production workshops, R&D centers and supporting facilities. The project will also introduce eight production lines for smart home, smart security, smart AI face recognition all-in-one machine, hotel face recognition door display. After the completion of the project, it can produce 300,000 sets of security equipment and 200,000 sets of intelligent AI face recognition integrated machine annually.
Investment amount and funding source:The total investment of the project is USD 50 million and and the proposed foreign investment is USD 50 million.
Market Analysis: According to a white paper titled 2020 China Smart Home Ecological Development, which was released by CSHIA, China has become the world's largest Internet of Things market at the end of 2019, 64% of the global cellular network connected devices come from China. China will become the world's largest consumer of the smart home market, accounting for 50%-60% of global consumption and 20%-30% of global profits.
Construction conditions: The project is located in Hebei Dachang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with highway, sewage treatment plant, thermal power station, water supply plant, substation, natural gas gate station and other basic supporting facilities.
Economic Benefit Analysis: The project construction period is three years, and the expected operating income after reaching production is USD 50 million , with a payback period of three years.
Project unit overview: Hebei Dachang High-tech Industrial Development Zone is a provincial-level high-tech zone in Hebei Province. It was established in August 2016, with 677 existing enterprises, 1 academician workstation and 2 crowdsourcing spaces. Enterprises settling in the high-tech zone are entitled to a three-year exemption of the part (40 percent) of the corporate income tax shared specially by ethnic minority autonous counties below the provincial level. There are also a series of policies to help enterprises to develop, such as film and television industry development fund, special fund for technical transformation of industrial enterprises, SME transfer fund, and special fund for SME development.
