一、项目内容和规模
本项目规划总占地面积7.8公顷，主要建设大数据存储中心楼1座、大数据服务楼1座、行政办公楼2座、商务办公楼2座及联合办公楼8座。总建筑面积约175310.41㎡。其中地上建筑面积约142959.53㎡，地下建筑面积约32170.88㎡（其中人防建筑面积约10500㎡）。主要承接首都非核心业务，打造数字经济、金融科技特色产业园区。
二、投资估算及资金来源
项目总投资10996万美元，拟利用外资1000万美元。
三、建设条件
市政供水、正式供电、供暖及天然气未引入，因受建业路夏季雨水积水影响，市政排污、排水待解决。
四、经济效益分析
项目建设期4年，达产后预计营业收入5944万美元，回款周期5年。

Project name: Financial Valley of Mancheng County in Baoding
Project content: This project is planned to cover a total area of 7.8 hectares, mainly constructing 1 big data storage center building, 1 big data service building, 2 administrative office buildings, 2 business office buildings and 8 joint office buildings. The total construction area is about 175,310.41 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 142,959.53 square meters and the underground construction area is about 32,170.88 square meters (including the human defense construction area of about 10,500 square meters). It will mainly undertake the non-core business of the capital and create an industrial park with digital economy and financial technology characteristics.
Investment amount and funding source: The total investment of the project is USD 109.96 million, and the proposed foreign investment is USD 10 million.
Construction conditions: Municipal water supply, official power supply, heating and natural gas have not been introduced. Municipal sewage and drainage are yet not solved due to the impact of rainwater accumulation in summer on Jianye Road.

Economic Benefit Analysis: The project construction period is 4 years, and the expected operating income after reaching target output is USD 59.44 million, with a payback cycle of 5 years.
