日前，国家发展改革委办公厅、国家卫生健康委办公厅、国家中医药管理局办公室联合公布了“第四批国家区域医疗中心项目名单”。北京中医药大学东方医院秦皇岛医院名列其中，意味着国家中医区域医疗中心项目正式落地秦皇岛，让更多老百姓在家门口就能享受“国家队”的高水平优质中医诊疗医疗服务。

A project about building a state-level Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) regional medical center in Qinhuangdao, north China’s Hebei Province has recently been launched in the city.

After completion of the medical center, to be operated and managed by Dongfang Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, more local residents will get easier access to the high-level TCM treatment services.

北京中医药大学东方医院秦皇岛医院由北京中医药大学东方医院运营管理，以秦皇岛市中医医院为依托医院，是按照三级甲等中医院标准建设的非营利性公立医院。包括秦皇岛城区院区（秦皇岛市中医医院）和北戴河新区院区（新建院区），主要开展中医诊疗、中医健康管理等医疗服务，是国内一流、高水平现代化的国家中医区域医疗中心。

The medical center, with the name of Qinhuangdao Hospital Dongfang Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, will mainly carry out TCM treatment, TCM health management and other medical services, and it will be built as a first-class, high-level modernized national TCM regional medical center in China after completion.

按照规划，东方医院秦皇岛医院将于今年开展实质性合作建设，2023年北戴河新区院区一期项目开始运营，2025年实现全面运营。通过3-5年努力，在中医预防、诊疗、科研、教学、成果转化、人才培养、健康管理等方面与北京东方医院实现同质化发展。全面提升河北省整体中医医教研水平，有力实现优质医疗资源扩容和区域均衡布局的目标，医疗救治能力达到国内领先水平。

According to plan, the hospital will be put into operation in 2025. With three to five years of development, the hospital will achieve synchronization development with Dongfang Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in medical prevention, treatment, scientific research, teaching, transformation of achievements, personnel training, health management, etc.

In addition, the project will comprehensively improve the level of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research of TCM in Hebei Province, achieve the goal of expanding high-quality medical resources and regional balanced layout, so that the medical treatment capacity of Hebei will reach an advanced level in China.
