一、建设内容：项目规划占地100亩，主要建设高端服务器生产线，生产覆盖大数据产业链所需的服务器产品，为张北云计算产业提供硬件设备支撑，进一步壮大张北云计算产业链条，引导大型数据中心向张北集聚，打造京津冀云存储主基地和国家示范绿色数据中心。
二、投资估算及资金来源：项目总投资10亿元，拟全部引资。
三、市场分析：自2019 年，我国 5G 牌照、基站和终端加速推出，需要高端服务器的支撑。同时，短视频和 AI 新闻推荐催生头条系服务器强劲需求。自 2012 年以来， AI 算力的需求增长超过三十万倍，对服务器需求呈指数级增长。就目前的国情和社会经济发展趋势看，高端服务器的市场潜力巨大。
四、经济效益分析：项目全部建成后，可实现年产值8000万元，年利税1000万元。
五、建设条件：张北云计算产业初具规模，已确定合作项目6个，其中已运营项目2个。目前，开发区道路、水、电、气、热、通讯等公用设施全部配套到位，能够满足项目建设。

I. Project Content
The project is planned to cover an area of 6.7 hectares, mainly to build a high-end server production line to produce server products covering the big data industry chain, provide hardware equipment support for Zhangbei cloud computing industry, further strengthen Zhangbei cloud computing industry chain, guide large data centers to gather in Zhangbei, and build a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cloud storage main base and a national model green data center.
II. Investment Estimation and Funding Sources
The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan, all of which is to be induced.
III. Market Analysis
Since 2019, the accelerated launch of China's 5G licenses, base stations and terminals will require high-end servers. Since 2012, the demand for AI computing power in China has increased more than 300,000 times, and the demand for servers has grown exponentially. In view of the current national situation and socio-economic development trend, the market potential for high-end servers is huge.
IV. Economic Benefit Analysis
After the project is fully completed, it can achieve an annual output value of 80 million yuan and an annual profit tax of 10 million yuan.
V. Construction Conditions
The cloud computing industry in Zhangbei has taken shape, and six cooperation projects have been identified, of which two are already in operation. All public facilities such as roads, water, electricity, gas, heat and communication are in place in the region and can meet the project construction needs.
