一、项目内容：该项目建设地点为东花园镇，占地100亩，总建筑面积8万平方米，主要建设数据中心，运维楼，柴发楼及门卫室、水泵房等，布局超算服务器10000机架。
二、投资估算及资金来源：项目总投资70亿元，资金来源为自有资金。
三、市场分析：以建设张家口国家级数据中心集群为目标，引入支撑超算、边缘计算应用的全产权算力企业在产业基地内设立研发中心。面向人工智能、高校科研计算等实时算力市场，提供算力支撑，增加数据附加值。
四、建设条件：水、电、热、气、排污、路、园区内或上下游产业基础均由政府实施。
五、经济效益分析：项目运营后，预计年经营收入可达2亿元，年缴纳约0.2亿元，可吸纳就业100人。

Huailai County Supercomputing Center Project
I. Project Content
The project will be built in East Garden Town, covering an area of 100 mu, with a total construction area of 80,000 square meters, mainly constructing data centre, operation and maintenance building, Chai Fa building and janitorial room, water pump room, etc., and laying out 10000 racks of supercomputing servers.
II. Investment Estimation and Funding Sources
The total investment of the project is 7 billion yuan, and the source of funds is own funds.
III. Market Analysis
With the objective of building a national data centre cluster in Zhangjiakou, full property rights computing enterprises supporting supercomputing and edge computing applications are introduced to set up R&D centres in the industrial base. Facing the real-time arithmetic market such as artificial intelligence and university research computing, it will provide arithmetic support and increase the added value of data.
IV. Construction Conditions
Water, electricity, heat, gas, sewage, roads, and industrial base in the park or upstream and downstream industries are all implemented by the government.
V. Economic Benefit Analysis
After the operation of the project, the annual operating income is expected to reach 200 million yuan, the annual payment is about 0.2 billion yuan, and 100 people can be absorbed into employment.
