一、项目内容和规模：项目计划在双桥区建设丹霞地貌空中旅游项目，依托天桥山、磬锤峰、夹墙山、鸡冠山等自然景观，结合各节点特色旅游资源，形成集空中观赏、游乐、特技体验飞行、食宿为一体的特色旅游线路。
二、投资估算及资金来源：项目投资估算为7900万美元，资金来源为企业投资。
三、市场分析：目前，我区在空中旅游方面尚属空白，随着经济的日益发展，旅游成为大众消费的主体部分，而采用新型方式旅游，不仅使游客耳目一新，大大提高了旅游带来的经济效益，同时，使我区旅游业方面具备了强有力的竞争实力，其市场发展前景十分广阔。
四、经济效益分析：项目建成后预计年产值2000万美元 ，税收400万美元，新增就业100人。
五、建设条件：一是该项目的开发与建设，是对承德市近郊乃至北京周边自然旅游资源的差异化补充。二是项目区丹霞地貌特征突出，得天独厚的自然地理条件和地理环境适宜开发集空中观赏、游乐、特技体验飞行特色新型旅游项目。

Chengde Danxia Landform Aerial Tourism Project
I. Project content and scale: The project plans to build an aerial tourism project in the Danxia landform in Shuangqiao District, relying on the natural landscape of Tianqiao Mountain, Xinchui Peak, Clip Wall Mountain and Jiguan Mountain, combined with the characteristic tourism resources of each node, forming a special tourism line integrating aerial viewing, amusement, aerobatic experience flight, accommodation and food.
Ⅱ.Investment estimation and source of funds: The estimated investment in the project is US$79 million and the source of funding is corporate investment.
Ⅲ. Market analysis: At present, the aerial tourism in Shuangqiao District is still blank, with the increasing development of the economy, tourism has become the main part of the mass consumption, and the use of new ways to travel, not only to refresh the tourists, greatly improve the economic benefits brought by tourism. Shuangqiao District has a strong competitive strength in tourism, its market development prospects are very broad.
Ⅳ. Economic benefit analysis: The project is expected to have an annual output value of US$20 million, tax revenue of US$4 million and 100 new jobs after completion.
V.Construction conditions: Firstly, the development and construction of the project is a differentiated complement to the natural tourism resources in the suburbs of Chengde and even around Beijing. Secondly, the project area has outstanding features of Danxia landform, and the unique natural geographical conditions and geographical environment are suitable for the development of aerial viewing, amusement and aerobatic experience flight featuring new tourism projects.
