综合保税区跨境电商产业园项目，项目占地8公顷，主要建设跨境电商清关查验中心、现代仓储、跨境货物分拨中心、多式联运、电商办公等模块。主要引进跨境电商、现代物流、快递、第三方支付及货运代理等相关服务企业进驻。项目建成后，年可处理跨境电商商品150万票。项目总投资5000万美元，拟利用外资5000万美元。项目位于石家庄综合保税区，区内水、电、路、气、热等公用设施配套完善。项目建设期两年，建成后年可实现进出口额约10亿元以上。合作方式为独资、合资、合作。

With an area of eight hectares, the project involves the construction of a cross-border e-commerce customs clearance and inspection center, a modern warehouse and cross-border goods distribution center, as well as multimodal transportation, e-commerce offices and other modules. It is planned to attract cross-border e-commerce, modern logistics, express service, third-party payment, freight forwarder and other service enterprises involved. The planned annual capacity of the project after completion is 1.5 million orders of cross-border e-commerce goods. The total investment of the project is USD 50 million, of which the expected foreign capital is USD 50 million. The project is located in Shijiazhuang Comprehensive Bonded Zone with complete water, electric power, road, gas, heat and other ancillary facilities. The expected period of completion is two years, and the estimated annual import and export volume is RMB one billion or above after completion. The investment modes are sole proprietorship, joint venture, and partnership.
