定州北方厨具新城建设项目，项目总建筑面积150万平米，主要建设集厨具生产、销售、展示、创新研发、品牌孵化、会展服务、生活配套设施于一体的国际商用厨具产业聚集区。项目全部建成后，新增就业岗位20000个。预计总投资50亿元，全部利用省外资金。园区内水、电、路、网等基础设施建设已到位，项目一期已完工、项目二期主体已完工。项目建成后，产业园区内预计年产值可达30亿，年纳税达1.5亿。合作方式为合资、合作。

The project, located in Dingzhou, with an area of 1.5 million square meters, is an international commercial kitchenware industry gathering area integrating kitchenware production, sales, exhibition, innovation and research, brand incubation, exhibition services and living support facilities. After completion, 20,000 new jobs will be created. The total investment of the project is 5 billion RMB, all using capital from outside the province. The construction of water, electricity, roads, networks and other infrastructure in the park has been put in place, and the first phase of the project has been completed, while the main body of the second phase has been completed. After completion, the estimated annual output value is 3 billion RMB and the annual tax payment will reach 150 million RMB. The investment mode is joint venture and partnership.
