First innovation incubator established in north China city

The first innovation incubator base for business start-ups was recently established in Shijiazhuang, capital city of north China's Hebei Province.

Over 40 enterprises have already moved into the incubator base, offering more than 300 jobs.

Apart from office space, these business start-ups can enjoy services related to business registration, taxation, policy consultation, intellectual property and human resources in the innovation incubator.

To promote innovation, the incubator also provides industrial funding and other services for technology development and market expansion.

"Currently, we are preparing for a new round of bid invitation and project engineering, and the rate of market occupancy is gradually rising," said Du Xuliang, manager of Hebei Sailhero Environmental Protection High-tech Co.,Ltd.

"With the well-conceived services here, we have expanded our market and gained better economic benefit. It is expected that more than 50 job opportunities will be created by the end of this year,"said Tan Xuelei, manager of Shijiazhuang Xingchi Culture Media Co., Ltd.
