With an area of 6.7 hectares, the project involves the construction of five functional zones, namely an electromechanical processing center, an electromechanical business incubator, an electromechanical R&D base and doctoral exchange station, an electromechanical equipment pilot production base, and a bonded warehouse logistic center, to build and provide an international high-end Optoelectronic-Electromechanical industry chain and industrial platform with complete production, supply, marketing, research, exhibition, trading and storage facilities. The total investment of the project is USD 46 million, of which the expected foreign capital is USD 46 million. The project is located in Shijiazhuang Comprehensive Bonded Zone with complete water, electric power, road, gas, heat and other ancillary facilities, as well as standard workshops. The estimated annual output is USD 18 million after completion, and the expected payback period is three years. The investment modes are sole proprietorship, joint venture, and partnership.
