辛集河北皮革新材料科技示范园项目，总建筑面积15. 2万平米，建设牛皮沙发革、汽车坐垫革厂房、牛皮凉席厂房14座，制革原辅材料仓储用房4座，研发中心1座，实验中心1座，综合仓储中心1座，污水厂1座及其它附属设施，购置生产设备1160 (台/套)。建成后年加工高档牛皮沙发革、 汽车坐垫革280万张、牛皮凉席15万套。

项目总投资11亿元，其中固定资产投资10亿元，资金来源自有资金6亿元，利用省外资金5亿元。项目选址位于河北辛集经济开发区制革工业区，具备“九通一平” 条件。项目建成后，预计年营业收入18亿元，年利润2. 5亿元，新增就业岗位700余个, 投资回收期4年。合作方式为独资、合资、合作。

The project is located in Xinji, Hebei, with an area of 15,2000 square meters, involving the construction of 14 cowhide sofa leather and car cushion leather plants and cowhide mats plants, 4 warehouses of raw and auxiliary materials for leather making, 1 research and development center, 1 experimental center, 1 comprehensive storage center, 1 sewage plant and other ancillary facilities, and it is to purchase 1,160 sets of production equipment. After completion, the project will process 2.8 million pieces of high-grade cowhide sofa leather, car cushion leather and 150,000 sets of cowhide mats annually.

The total investment of the project is 1.1 billion RMB, of which 1 billion RMB is invested in fixed assets, 600 million RMB from own funds and 500 million RMB from foreign funds. The site of the project is located in Xinji Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province. After completion, the estimated annual operating revenue is 1.8 billion RMB, an annual profit of 250 million RMB, more than 700 new jobs will be created and the expected payback period is 4 years. The investment mode is sole proprietorship, joint venture, and partnership.
