Children get first-hand look at mothers' work

Six students from Shijiazhuang, Hebei, recently experienced what it is like to drive a bus on a hot summer day when they helped their bus-driving mothers to mark Children's Day.
The students' mothers are all veteran bus drivers. The students were allowed to work with them on the buses for half a day. But they were all exhausted by noon, at which point the temperature was nearly 37 C.
The students came to understand the hardships their mothers faced and vowed to study hard to return the love they got from their moms. |
